NPP has committed more sins than satan but defend like Sergio Ramos, In 8 years, they embezzled GH¢90 billion – Hussein Ibrahim alleges

A member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) communication team, Hussein Ibrahim, has launched a scathing attack on the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), accusing them of massive corruption and financial mismanagement during their eight years in power.

Speaking during a discussion on Kessben TV, Hussein Ibrahim claimed that the NPP government had “committed more sins than Satan” but had mastered the art of defending wrongdoing, comparing their defensive tactics to those of Spanish football legend Sergio Ramos, known for his aggressive and tactical defending.

“The NPP has committed more sins than Satan, but they are very good at defending, just like Sergio Ramos. In eight years, they have misappropriated over 90 billion Ghana cedis,” Hussein Ibrahim alleged.

He argued that the party’s communication machinery has been used to “spin and sanitise” alleged acts of corruption, diverting public attention from what he described as “wanton mismanagement” of state resources when they were in Government.

Hussein Ibrahim added that the alleged GH¢90 billion loss represents funds that could have transformed key sectors such as education, health, and infrastructure.

The NPP has yet to formally respond to the allegations.
