Speaking on Kessben FM Accra he expressed his gratitude, saying, ‘This recognition from the World Bank, particularly in terms of our physical infrastructure and financial support, means a great deal to us.’The progress we’ve made is a result of dedicated efforts. I’d like to specifically recognize the contributions of Honorable Dr. Ato Forson, the Finance Minister, and President John Dramani Mahama, who played key roles in this achievement.
He added that, as a member of the finance committee, he was particularly proud of the impact this news would have across Ghana.”
He emphasized that,’This achievement didn’t happen overnight or in a vacuum,’ he said. ‘It’s a direct result of hard work and dedication. Today, the Ghanaian cedi stands out as the best-performing currency in Africa.
He pointed that,’This achievement is a testament to the efforts of His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, the NDC, the Minister of Finance, and the Governor of the Bank of Ghana. They worked tirelessly to deliver on their promises to the people of Ghana.
He raised that the cedi’s strong performance isn’t a coincidence, noting that discipline is essential for earning respect in life. He added that the current economic management has earned trust, making it likely for them to be considered for future leadership roles.
He stated that this government has demonstrated fiscal discipline by prudently managing Ghana’s finances, prioritizing projects that benefit Ghanaians, and eliminating wasteful spending.”
