CPP Reorganizational Committee Concludes National Tour

The Convention Peoples Party has concluded a National Rebuilding and Fact Finding mission on Wednesday 15th October 2025.

The program which was organized by the Office of the chairman of the Reorganizational Committee chairman Comrade Moses Yirimambo Ambing is the first of its kind since the inception of 4th Republic.

The National Rebuilding and Fact Finding Mission team was made up of the chairman of the Reorganizational committee comrade Moses Yirimambo Ambing, the National Director of Elections comrade Habib Yakubu, the National Director of Communications comrade Osei Kofi Acquah and a representative of the CPP UK comrade David Nii Adjie.

The mission according to the comrade Moses Yirimambo was to find from the regions what has been accounting for the abysmal performance of the CPP over the years, to find out what can be done to rectify that and how the grassroot who has describes as the OWNERS of the CPP wants the party to be run.

The mission took the team to all the 16 regions of Ghana starting from the Savanna region and ending the Greater Accra region.

The mission gave each member of the party who was invited to the meeting to express their opinion venting their frustrations, concerns and proposals for the forward march of the CPP.

The interesting part of the mission was meeting founding fathers of the CPP from both the first Republic and the third Republic to also hear the concerns and learn from them how they were able to reorganize the party to achieve electoral victories.

The committee report is expected to be a roadmap to aide the party in its quest to reorganize and rebrand to put the CPP on the path to recapture political power.

The Committee is said to present a detailed report on their findings to the leadership to the leadership of the party.
