Hon. Enock Nyarko, Former NPP PC for Jaman North, calls for decent politics among flagbearer supporters of NPP

Hon. Enock Nyarko, a former Parliamentary Candidate (PC) of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for Jaman North, has urged supporters of the various NPP flagbearer aspirants to uphold the values of decency and mutual respect in their political discourse.
Speaking in an interview on Kessben TV with host KOD, Hon. Nyarko emphasized the importance of unity within the party, especially as the NPP prepares for its upcoming internal elections. He cautioned against the use of insults, personal attacks, and divisive language, which he believes only serve to damage the party’s image and weaken its cohesion.
“As a party, we must remain focused on the bigger picture,” he said. “Healthy competition is good for democracy, but it must be based on ideas and policies, not personal attacks.”
Hon. Nyarko further noted that the strength of the NPP lies in its ability to present a united front to Ghanaians, and that this begins with how its members conduct themselves during internal contests.
He called on all party communicators, grassroots supporters, and social media activists to be mindful of their words and to promote peace and decorum in their engagements.
His comments come at a time when tensions have been rising among factions supporting various flagbearer hopefuls, raising concerns about potential rifts within the party.
