I don’t let the fame get me carried away. I still roll with my boys on the streets – Asafo Powers (Killer Ntua)

Ghanaian skit maker, Asafo Powers, widely known as Killer Ntua, has made it clear that fame hasn’t changed who he is at the core.
Speaking in an interview on Kessben FM with Fante Quoo, the viral comedy star emphasized that despite his rising popularity, he remains grounded and closely connected to his roots.
“I don’t let the fame get me carried away. I still roll with my boys on the streets,” he said.
Known for his raw humor, street-style delivery, and unique character portrayal, Asafo Powers has quickly become a household name in Ghana’s digital entertainment space. Yet, amid the recognition and growing fan base, he insists that his loyalty to his day-one friends and community remains unshaken.
According to Killer Ntua, the people he started with are still very much part of his journey. He often returns to his neighborhood to spend time with them and draw inspiration from real-life experiences.
