Bolt Rewards Couriers for Exemplary Acts of Customer Service

Bolt Food, Ghana’s leading delivery platform, has recognized two of its couriers for their outstanding dedication to customer satisfaction. Each courier has been awarded GHC 1,000 in gift vouchers as a token of appreciation for going above and beyond in their service.
The recognition follows two recent acts of exceptional service. In Kumasi, courier Peter Adombila braved a heavy storm to complete a delivery, ensuring his customer received their order safely and on time despite difficult conditions.
In Accra, courier Geoffrey Kemeh demonstrated remarkable honesty when a customer mistakenly transferred GHC 1,116 instead of GHC 116. Upon realizing the error, Geoffrey promptly returned the excess GHC 1,000, reinforcing the trust that underpins Bolt’s relationship with its customers.
Speaking on the recognition, General Manager, Bolt Food Ghana, Mr. Ali Zaryab, said: “At Bolt Food, we are proud of the values our couriers uphold daily. Peter and Geoffrey have set a strong example of dedication, honesty, and customer care. These acts of exemplary service are a testament that our platform is powered not just by technology, but by people who are committed to doing the right thing.”
This initiative forms part of Bolt’s ongoing efforts to celebrate and highlight the everyday heroes within its courier community, while encouraging a culture of integrity and excellence across the industry. Beyond recognition, Bolt continues to invest in programs and incentives that empower couriers, improve their experience, and strengthen their role in delivering safe, reliable, and customer-focused service across Ghana.
