A business man has what it takes to manage Ghana better ~ Joseph Osei Oppong Brenya

The Entrepreneurs and Innovators Network of Ghana has thrown its weight behind Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, citing his business expertise as the solution to the country’s economic and unemployment woes. According to Joseph Osei Oppong Brenya, the network’s chairman, their decision follows an executive meeting, with a final resolution pending at their December 15, 2025, meeting in Tamale.

Brenya believes Ghana needs a leader with hands-on business experience to tackle job creation and financial management. “We, business owners who employ people, can run Ghana like our own business,” he said. “Dealing with people is what Ghana is about, and we’re capable of doing it.”

He criticized past leaders, saying they’ve failed to address unemployment and economic stability despite their academic and professional credentials. In contrast, a successful entrepreneur like Kennedy Agyapong, who has built businesses and created jobs, is better positioned to lead the country.

Brenya added that many voters abstained in the last election due to dissatisfaction with candidates, but Kennedy Agyapong remains popular among grassroots supporters. “Ghana needs someone who speaks the language of business and delivers results, not just book knowledge,” he emphasized.
