The Chief of Staff of the Republic of Ghana, Hon. Julius Debrah, has called on the country’s envoys to reinforce Ghana’s reinvigorated foreign policy vision. Speaking at the closing ceremony of the Conference of Heads of Missions and Orientation Programme for Newly Appointed Envoys of Ghana, Hon.
