There will be no election held in Ghana that NPP can win again if the election is run fairly – Hussein Ibrahim

National Democratic Congress (NDC) communication team member, Hussein Ibrahim, has declared that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has lost the trust of the Ghanaian electorate and cannot win any future elections, if those elections are conducted fairly.
“There will be no election held in Ghana that the NPP can win again if the election is run fairly,” Hussein Ibrahim asserted, pointing to what he described as the party’s declining credibility, alleged mismanagement of the economy, and disconnect from the concerns of ordinary Ghanaians.
Ibrahim criticized the ex-administration’s handling of key national issues, including economic hardship, rising unemployment, and what he called a culture of “selective justice” in the fight against corruption.
He accused the NPP of manipulations, citing concerns raised in previous elections about electoral transparency and alleged voter suppression tactics.
At the conclusion of yesterday’s Akwatia by-election, Solomon Asumadu of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) received 15,235 votes, while Bernard Bediako Baidoo of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) received 18,199 to win the seat.
