Choose consistency over perfectionism if you seek success in anything – Rev. Vincent Kankam (Sofo Kankam)

Rev. Vincent Kankam has reiterated that to seek success, you have to choose consistency over perfectionism if you are seeking success in anything.

Rev. Kankam explained that perfectionism is often disguised as ambition, but it is, in reality, a trap that delays progress and feeds fear.

He indicated that perfectionism keeps many people paralyzed, keeping waiting for the ‘perfect time’, the ‘perfect idea’, or the ‘perfect execution’, and as a result, they never start, or they start and quickly stop.

He emphasized that many dreams die not because people lack talent, but because they fail to show up consistently.

According to Rev. Kankam, success is more often the result of small, repeated efforts than of big, flawless actions. He used examples from entrepreneurship, academics, and even spiritual life to drive home his point.”

He added that discipline and daily effort compound over time, creating results that even the most perfect” one-time efforts cannot match.
