The Presidential Elections Committee of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has announced that five aspirants have filed their nominations for the party’s presidential primary, scheduled for Saturday, January 31, 2026.
The aspirants who have filed their nominations are:
1. Ing. Kwabena Agyei Agyepong
2. Hon. Ken Ohene Agyapong
3. Hon. Dr. Bryan Acheampong
4. H. E. Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia
5. Hon. Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum
The nominations were filed on Thursday, August 28, 2025, marking a significant step towards the party’s presidential primary.
