The Gbenyiri conflict started somewhere in the 80s, but without politics – Farouk Al-Wahab sheds light

Security analyst Al-Wahab has shed light on the ongoing Gbenyiri Conflict in the Savannah region.
The Gbenyiri Conflict continues to heighten as a lot of concerns among people living in Gbenyiri in the Savannah Region.
As it stands, 10 people have been confirmed dead, and some young police officers are also part of this tragedy.
Some properties have been destroyed in relation to this land dispute. Farouk Al-Wahab, a security analyst speaking on Kessben TV, revealed that it has been there since the 80s, leading to the 90s.
He continued that the current Minister of Interior, Honorable Muntaka, who is from the North, particularly Dagomba, cannot help curb this conflict.
Farouk adds that politicians should bow their heads in shame.” He emphasized that, in the 80s, there was no politics when it came to these conflicts.
Farouk stressed that the best people to deal with the issue of land dispute in Gbenyiri at the Savannah Region of Ghana are the Ghana Police and the Ghana Military.
