Host of Kessben FM Drive Time Show, Fante Quoo, has offered a good piece of advice directed at young men preparing to settle down.
Speaking on his Drive Time Show, Fante Quoo, emphasized the importance of character over outward charm when choosing a life partner.
Beauty can attract you, but it is love that will sustain the relationship,” Fante Quoo stated. “In the long run, a woman who genuinely loves, respects, and supports you will bring you peace of mind, something no physical appearance can ever provide.”
According to him, many young men today are chasing aesthetics, looks that please the eye but often come with no depth of connection, no shared values, and sometimes, no emotional maturity. He warned that relationships built on physical attraction alone often crumble under the pressures of life.
Quoo recounted stories of men who were drawn to women solely for their looks, only to find themselves emotionally drained in marriages lacking understanding, support, or empathy. “You need someone who will pray with you, not just pose with you. Someone who will stand by you when things are tough—not someone who disappears the moment the money runs out.”
He stressed that a loving wife brings more than just affection, she becomes a partner in life’s journey, contributing to emotional, spiritual, and even financial stability.
Fante Quoo also criticized how platforms like Instagram and TikTok have influenced how people define beauty and worth. “Social media has made people chase unrealistic standards. A good woman may not trend online, but she’ll bring joy offline, and that’s what really matters.”
He urged young men to resist the pressure to impress friends or followers with trophy wives and instead focus on building homes with women who understand commitment, loyalty, and partnership.
