If Omane Boamah had spoken with Prophet Roja, even if just for one or two minutes, what happened wouldn’t have happened – Prophet Elvis Kwakye (Sumsum Boafo)

Following the tragic helicopter crash in Adansi Akrofuom that claimed the lives of eight individuals, including former Minister of Defence Dr. Edward Omane Boamah, Prophet Elvis Kwakye, popularly known as Sumsum Boafo, has made a controversial statement linking the disaster to a missed prophetic warning.
Speaking on Kessben Drive with Fante Quoo, Prophet Kwakye stated emphatically that the incident could have been averted had Omane Boamah heeded a prophecy delivered by another man of God, Prophet Roja.
“If Omane Boamah had spoken with Prophet Roja, even if just for one or two minutes, what happened wouldn’t have happened,” Prophet Kwakye declared. “The prophecy concerning him was already released. It was not hidden. But the connection was never made.”
The crash, which occurred on Wednesday morning near Adansi Akrofuom in the Ashanti Region, involved a helicopter reportedly en route from Accra to Obuasi.
The loss of Dr. Omane Boamah, a respected politician who served under the Mahama administration, has sent shockwaves through the country. Tributes have poured in from across the political spectrum, highlighting his contributions to public service.
However, Prophet Kwakye’s comments have stirred mixed reactions among Ghanaians. While some faithful believe in the power of prophecy and divine intervention, others have criticized the timing and tone of the statement, accusing the prophet of using a national tragedy to boost personal relevance.
