If anyone politicizes the death of the 8 people in the Helicopter crash, the person needs a mental examination –  Rev. Vincent Kankam (Sofo Kankam)

Rev. Vincent Kankam has issued a stern and passionate warning against attempts to politicize the disaster.

Speaking on his program, Food For Thought on Kessben FM earlier today, Rev. Kankam stated, “If anyone dares to politicize the death of these eight distinguished individuals, that person needs mental examination.

  1. Dr. Edward Omane Boamah – Minister for Defence

  2. Alhaji Dr. Ibrahim Murtala Mohammed – Minister for Environment

  3. Alhaji Muniru Mohammed – Acting Deputy National Security Coordinator

  4. Dr. Samuel Sarpong – Vice Chairman, National Democratic Congress (NDC)

  5. Mr. Samuel Aboagye – Former Parliamentary Candidate

  6. Squadron Leader Peter [surname withheld] – Pilot

  7. Flying Officer Twum Ampadu – Co-pilot

  8. Sergeant Ernest Addo – Flight Engineer

All eight individuals on board the aircraft tragically lost their lives, leaving the country in a state of national grief and disbelief.

Rev. Kankam, known for his outspoken yet balanced views, called on both political parties and citizens to refrain from weaponizing the tragedy for partisan gain. He stressed that such a devastating event should instead bring the country together in shared grief and reflection.

President John Dramani has declared three days of national mourning, with all flags to fly at half-mast.
