Dating 5 men doesn’t mean you’re beautiful, Cheap products have many buyers – Fante Quoo, host of Kessben FM Drive Time show

Host of Kumasi-based Kessben FM’s drive time show, Fante Quoo, has asserted, Dating five men doesn’t mean you’re beautiful. Cheap products have many buyers.

His comment, laced with metaphor and sharp critique, was directed at what he sees as a growing trend where quantity in romantic attention is being mistaken for quality or self-worth.

Fante Quoo, known for his unfiltered takes on issues on air, was responding to callers discussing the idea that women who receive attention from multiple men are often viewed as highly desirable.

He challenged that notion, arguing that being desired by many doesn’t always reflect high value, just as a product being bought by many doesn’t necessarily mean it is premium or exclusive.

“Value is not in numbers. It’s in standards,” he continued. “Everyone can afford cheap things, but not everyone can afford gold.”

Listners who called in as supporters said Fante Quoo is shedding light on the importance of self-respect and intentional dating in an era driven by superficial validation.

“He’s right. Too many people think popularity equals value. Standards and dignity matter more,” said Ama Boateng, a listener from Bantama.

As one of Kumasi’s most recognized voices on radio, he often blends entertainment with social commentary, challenging his audience to think critically, whether they agree with him or not.
