Ghana is uniquely positioned to lead agricultural development in Africa – Syed Nauzer idid

The Charge d’affaires of the High Commission of Malaysia to Ghana, Mr. Syed Nauzer Idid has urged Ghana to prioritize human agricultural capital investment and must go beyound production and importation .
According to him Ghana is in a unique position to lead Africa interns of agricultural sustainability.
He indicated that Ghana over the years has been a long the world leading cocoa producers and other cash crops and can do more to ensuring a sustainable agriculture production .
He added that can has the potential to move beyound raw commodity export to production and industrialization.
Mr. Syed Nauzer idid reaffirmed Malaysias commitment to working hand in hand with the government of Ghana to ensure good relationship with both country especially in the field of agriculture.
He noted that Ghana has already gifted the world with cocoa and football stars but why not agricultural revolution so therefore urged the government to do more in the agricultural sector.
He claimed that the Ghanian economy can thrive more when agricultural production is give attention through investment and ensuring storage facilities in the agricultural sector.
He encouraged Ghana to learn from global success and to capitalize on their natural resources.
