Enterprise Settles Dispute With Client Over Contract Dispute

The Enterprise Insurance has reached an amicable settlement with a client over a contract dispute.
The said client decided to pull out of the contract that was seeing upsurge of his premium witthout discussion or notification of the affected client.
The company’s attention was drawn to the anormaly but nothing concrete was done.
This forced the client to abrogate the contract and asked the company to refund the full compliment of his contributions refunded.
This was not working out so the client caused a publication to be done against the company.
This necessitated a meeting between the client and the company and issues were amiably discussed.
There was an agreement by the company with the client to pay what they called an ex- gratia to cushion the client .
Enterprise has therefore agreed to make that commitment upon the cancellation of the newspaper publication by a rejoinder in the same newsper.
Over the period Enterprise has shown good faith by paying back about 700ghc into the clients acount .
So for this good corporate gesture to the client , he has no choice than to undo the first publication and withdraw the said publication in good faith.
Any inconvinience caused by the said publication is deeply regreted .
Thanks.
