Never let your mind tell you that you have nothing, Learn from those who know – Rev Vincent Kankam

According to Rev. Kankam, the greatest battlefield is the mind, and it’s also where many people lose before they even begin. He emphasized that the idea of having “nothing” is one of the most dangerous lies a person can believe.
Rev. Kankam, speaking on the Thursday edition of Food for Thought urged listeners to adopt a mindset of humility, stressing that greatness often starts from learning, especially from those who are ahead in life. Rather than comparing or competing, he encouraged embracing mentorship, openness, and growth.
“You may not have everything,” he said, “but you have something, and that something is enough to start with.”
He emphasized that learning doesn’t only happen in classrooms or through formal education. Sometimes, the most life-changing lessons come from observing others, asking questions, and being open to correction.
