Nana Kay Defends Rev. Ntim Fordjour, Fires Back at Felix Ofosu Kwakye – “He’s the Most Irresponsible Person in Ghana Now

Nana Kwadwo Agyei Yeboah, popularly known as Nana Kay and a member of the National Communications Team of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has responded strongly to the controversies surrounding alleged drug trafficking at Kotoka International Airport (KIA).
Speaking live on Kessben TV’s Maakye show, Nana Kay strongly defended the Ranking Member of the Parliamentary Select Committee on Defence and Interior , Rev. John Ntim Fordjour, whose comments sparked the ongoing public debate.
Nana Kay questioned why people were trying to vilify someone who may have blown the whistle on a potentially serious national security issue.
“He raised legitimate concerns. Why should he be threatened with arrest instead of being encouraged to help uncover the truth? This tells you the level of political hypocrisy we are dealing with” he said.
Turning his fire on the opposition, Nana Kay didn’t hold back his words about the current spokesperson to the President, Felix Ofosu Kwakye,Stating that “Felix Ofosu Kwakye is the most irresponsible person in Ghana now,” for making the statement that ” for saying that if he were President, he wouldn’t have ordered an investigation into Rev. Ntim Fordjour’s claims.”
Nana Kay urged Ghanaians to remain calm and allow national security institutions to do their job without external pressures.
“Let’s wait for the facts and avoid politicizing this. National security matters require maturity, not propaganda,” he concluded.
