We are far behind time in regards to human capital development and progress, Osu has lost a lot due to the inconsistency and failure to produce generational thinkers. Our bad deeds as traditional leaders with the pull him down approach laced with fabricated lies and malice at any given opportunity at hand.

We have allowed our selfish intents to override our ultimate sense of humor, which leads to unthinkable approach to issues affecting the people of Osu. we don’t work for Osu, but rather for ourselves. And to make matters worse, once we are not in the helm of affairs, nothing bothers. We run for cover under political shelter with lies to look good in the sight of the politician.

We have told lies and destroyed the very fabric of our existence, who we are, and what we stand for no longer matters. We have specialized in telling stories to suit our intentions and pretend to describe these concocted stories as history. It’s a pity.

Where is our self respect, we intentionally create problems and fight each other with fierce litigation and pretend we are defending Osu Stool properties, but yet in our hearts, we are just looters in disguise.

THE MONSTER CREATED BY SABAN ATSEN
Saban Atsen, Mankralo, and Kotobaabi created a monster called Kinka Dowuona. They took advantage of the weakness of Nii Nortey Owuo III’s less interest in tradition due to their disregard and respect for him. They succeeded enstooling Kinka Dowuona at Ridge in a bungalow, and later with the help of some unscrupulous known politicians supported them and with no court order they canceled Nii Nortey Owuo’s Gazette and got Kinkawe Gazzetted. Immediately after he was Gazzetted he turned against the manipulators the very traitors that claimed to have enstooled him, he turned his back on them because he knew he was brought to be used for personal interest and not for the interest of Osu.
He became his own man, but worse than the team that created him, even the house they claimed he had come from was not spared. They suffered with no human and infrastructural development under his tenure which as Osu Mantse. He never created any development program funding for Osu, let alone the Dowuona family.

Saban Atsen never had the mouth to speak, not Mankralo or Kotobaabi Mantse. They later broke away from Kinka and joined Nii Nortey Owuo III, they declared publicly that he is the legitimate Mantse and not Nii Kinka Dowuona. Nii Kotobaabi declared never to have anything whatsoever to do with the monster they created on Oman fm. He apologize to the people of Osu and he stood on his grounds, but, the Mankralo later went back to join Kinka Dowuona, with the reasons that, Kinka Dowuona might succeed being giving the Achimota Forest lands which they won at the court in 2011 to sell alone.

He Saban Atsen and Mankralo allegedly aided Kinka Dowuona counter signed leases to sell on paper the Achimota Forest Lands to various people, which there are evidences in regards to acres they signed for companies for development.They went to the extent that, they started demarcating the land they have sold.

It took Nii Nortey Adumuah [Osiahene IV] to halt that criminal act against the good people of Osu, Nii Osiahene IV, with the assistance of the late President Rawlings, who spoke to the then government and sent armed men to disrupt their operations in the forest. Nii Osiahene IV and the youth of Osu organized a massive demonstration against Kinka Dowuona and the Mankralo for their act of inhumane.

Nii Osiahene also stopped the traditional looters from selling out the Kaajaanoʻ beach front lands and many other things, including expired bungalows.

THERE WAS NO OSU PERSON IN KINKA DOWUONA’S LANDS COMMITTEE.
Kinka Dowuona surrounded himself with strangers. He introduced a land committee of over 20 people, yet none of these persons were from Osu, and the only Ga in it was one Mr Hayford late from Ga Mashie. The question is why that?He described the traditional leaders of Osu as uncivilized traitors, reasons he couldn’t trust them to be of his land committee. Kinka Dowuona died at Trazzaco, one of the most prestigious if not the most expensive estate in Ghana at East Legon. He died in an estate worth 1.8 million USD, He bought three of the 600,000 USD put together to make his home at that place.

When he died the Mankralo who dubiously was asked to act, against tradition and norms as Osu Mantse, with Saban Atsen, couldn’t raise an amount of 1million Ghana cedis for his burial. For these reasons they connived with their lawyer who produced a buyer and sold two bungalows, the GCB club house and the Graphic cooperation bungalows at the Ringway estate Osu, at a cost of 2 million USD for the final funeral rites of Kinka Dowuona. But that money went under the drain.The evidences are there to prove. After misusing the 2 million USD, they resorted to another 11million Ghana cedis deal which was secured through the Nigerian High Commission Demolition.The so called compensation of 47 million Ghana cedis deal, they used part of it for the burial and squandered the rest of the money.

These are the people Saban Atsen Dzaase, including Lawrence Akakpo Quist, aka Paa lorry, illegitimately allowed to continue such acts against the good people of Osu.
