Dr. Winfred Korletey Baah’s Appointment as Acting Registrar of HeFRA Receives Warm Congratulations

Dr. Baah’s impressive educational background includes being a fellow of the West African College of Physicians and holding a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Ghana. He also has certificates in Health Administration and Management from GIMPA, Leadership in Health from the University of Washington, and Health Quality systems from Fayoum University in Egypt.
