He recently led a group of vibrant master’s degree students at the University of Bradford to participate in the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development’s (CIPD) Annual Conference in Manchester Central, after successfully hosting an engagement seminar aimed at fostering a positive relationship between the British Council and international students of Ghanaian origin. The seminar was attended by the British Council Country Director Ghana, Nii Doodo Dodoo, who shared the Council’s vision of extending educational opportunities to thousands of people in Africa.
With a distinguished academic background, Dr Danquah’s works focus on bridging the theoretical and practical divide, and he is expected to support the CSC, adding value to the Commission as it continues its mission to inspire the next generation of leaders, through sponsored education.
Dr Danquah earned his first degree from the University for Development Studies (UDS), Nyankpala Campus, Ghana, with the award of Bachelor of Science, (Hons) in Agricultural Technology. He has since been in academia, researching and teaching at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and serving on numerous academic boards.
