Jimmy Boakye Ansah Urges Ghanaians to Vote for Dr. Bawumia
Jimmy Boakye Ansah has called on Ghanaians to support the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, in the 2024 elections.
Responding to a question from host Kwabena Owusu Dankwa on Kessben FM, the NPP communicator encouraged Ghanaians to consider Dr. Bawumia’s track record and leadership qualities.
Boakye Ansah highlighted several developmental projects undertaken by the current government, especially in the Ashanti Region.
He mentioned ongoing projects like phase 2 of the Kejetia Market, the Kumasi International Airport, and other key infrastructure developments in the region.
He cited the Free SHS policy as a significant achievement, noting how it has lessened the financial burden on many families and provided access to secondary education for all.
Boakye Ansah emphasized that this policy alone should motivate Ghanaians to vote for Dr. Bawumia.
According to Boakye Ansah, Dr. Bawumia’s visionary leadership as Vice President has brought over 33 innovative initiatives, a record he claims contrasts sharply with Dr. Bawumia’s main competitor, former President John Mahama, who he argues did not make similar impactful changes during his presidency.
He stated that Dr. Bawumia has excelled as Vice President, making him arguably the best in that role since Ghana’s independence.
Dr. Bawumia has proposed bold solutions for the future, including plans to provide skills training for 100,000 youth to address the country’s unemployment challenges.
Additionally, he has promised the business community tax waivers and a flat tax policy on imported goods, which he claims will reduce the cost of living.
In his conclusion, Boakye Ansah urged Ghanaians to vote massively for Dr. Bawumia, describing him as a visionary leader capable of delivering progress for Ghana.
