We Need Political Dynamics in Ghana—Kenneth Nana Asamoah

Kenneth Nana Asamoah, the founder and leader of the Leader Action Peoples (LAP) party, has expressed his thoughts on Political dynamism.

While speaking on Kessben Maakye, He discussed the current political state of the country and outlined his intentions, which he believes will serve as a policy dynamic if he is voted into power. “We are the youngest political party in Ghana, so we still have more time to contest,” he remarked.

According to Nana Asamoah, he could not be a presidential candidate this year because many of his preparations, including his political certificate, were delayed.

He expressed concern that many issues are turning around, leading Ghana to a point where, if care is not taken, the youth will not have a good future.

He placed emphasis on a general political problem in Africa, noting that “only people of old age have been leading us.” “The youth have belittled themselves. They have the ‘I can’t do it’ spirit to the extent that they are discouraged from becoming leaders.”

Nana Asamoah pointed out that the youth often defer political leadership to the older generation, signifying a reluctance to compete with them. “The leaders are spoiling the country and the youth,” he stated.

In addition, he remarked that most of Ghana’s presidents are aged 70 and above. “The nation needs to be ruled by the youth,” he emphasized.

He further explained that the country is gradually sinking, with governments discontinuing projects started by their predecessors. “Ghana keeps losing money,” he said, noting that the government invests a lot of money into projects that are not completed.

Nana Asamoah outlined his top priority policy, which involves bringing dynamics to Ghanaian political policies by continuing unfinished projects before starting new ones. He also emphasized the importance of engaging the youth in the political affairs of the country so they can build their own future.

“These are some of the important goals we would implement whenever we have the opportunity so that we can build the mother Ghana we want. The youth can also do better and report better for the nation.” He mentioned

According to Mr. Asamoah, “We always make reference to the white people that they are building their country. Why can’t we also do that?” In his final thought, he said that Ghana can be great again when it has great leaders.
