Asikuma Odoben Brakwa District: NDC Assemblymen boycott scheduled Assembly meeting with DCE over alleged “Kulululu” of ex-gratia Money
A section of Assemblymen in Asikuma Odoben Brakwa District Boycotted a meeting with the District Chief Executive.
The members of the group that boycotted the meeting are said to be NDC members, according to a report made by Kakyire Obeng of Kessben FM.
According to Kakyire, Hon. Lawrence Adutuah Essiaw, the District Chief Executive, has not shown respect for the Assembly members.
It said that some of the Assemblymen who are NPP members had secretly met with DCE before the scheduled meeting.
The agenda for the meeting was to discuss ex gratia for the Assemblymen but the other group felt they were disrespected with the secret meeting the DCE held with the NPP Assemblymen.
