High Court Upholds Electoral Commission’s Disqualification of Bernard Mornah

An Accra High Court has dismissed an application filed by Bernard Mornah, seeking to overturn the Electoral Commission’s (EC) decision to disqualify him from contesting in the upcoming elections.

The court, in its ruling on Monday October 21, upheld the EC’s decision, effectively ending Mornah’s bid to reinstate his candidacy.

Bernard Mornah filed the application after the Electoral Commission disqualified him on grounds of alleged non-compliance with certain electoral requirements.
