Ellembelle Constituency: Armah Kofi Buah Seeks Re-Election for Fifth Term
Deputy Minority Leader, Emmanuel Armah Kofi Buah, has officially announced his bid for re-election as the Member of Parliament for the Ellembelle Constituency, citing his unwavering commitment to development as the driving force behind his decision.
Speaking during the filing of his nomination forms with the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Buah emphasized that his dedication to the constituency’s growth has always been the motivation for seeking office.
“My quest for development inspires me to contest the Ellembelle seat for the fifth time,” Buah stated, highlighting the significant developments in the constituency as a result of his hard work and commitment.
The MP criticized the ruling NPP government for neglecting the Western Region, particularly citing the poor road network as evidence of abandonment. Despite the region’s significant contribution to the nation’s GDP, Buah argued that it has not received the necessary attention from the government.
Buah called on the people of Ellembelle to re-elect him and vote massively for John Mahama, stating that the two leaders are the best choice for delivering developmental projects in the region.
Supporters of Buah expressed their backing, noting that he is a man of action with a unique development agenda.
The Electoral Commission has opened nominations for candidates interested in contesting in all 275 constituencies across the country.
Buah’s re-election bid promises to be a significant contest in the Western Region, with the MP’s development track record and commitment to the constituency’s growth likely to be key factors in the upcoming elections.
