Workers of Suame InterChange Project strike over underpayment of allowance
A number of workers working on the Suame Interchange Project went on strike over underpayment of their allowance Kessben FM Breaking has gathered.
According to a report filed by Kessben FM’s Malam Yahaya, these workers have been complaining of underpayment and late payment of their financial due.
Following the strike action, the group have called on the authorities to sack the project manager and the human resources manager who they reckon are allegedly behind the underpayment and delays of their financial dues.
After the strike action on Monday, the project managers have distanced themselves from making any comment over the allegations and the strike action of the workers.
