NPP Vice Presidential Candidate Warns Against NDC’s Education Policy

Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Vice Presidential Candidate, has cautioned Ghanaians against voting for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the 2024 elections, warning that it could lead to the cancellation of flagship education programs.

Free SHS, Teacher Training, and Nursing Allowances at Risk

Addressing a packed campaign launch for NPP’s Parliamentary Candidate, Hon. Andy Appiah Kubi, Dr. Prempeh interpreted NDC Flagbearer John Mahama’s promise to review Free SHS as a plan to terminate it entirely.

“A vote for NDC is a vote to end Free SHS, Teacher Training allowances, and nursing training allowances,” Dr. Prempeh emphasized.

NPP’s Economic Management Praised

Hon. Andy Appiah Kubi, Member of Parliament for Asante Akyem North, praised the NPP government’s economic management, shielding Ghanaians from the worst impacts of global challenges.
