Asaki Samson Awingobit to rebrand PNC as National Chairman

The aspiring National Chairman of the Peoples National Convention (PNC) Mr. Asaki Samson Awingobit has submitted his nomination forms to party officials at the headquarters with the primary vision and mission to attract the rank and file of party members to rebrand the PNC to win this year’s generals elections.

Speaking to the media shortly after filing his forms, Mr. Awingobit said he will roll out a new crop of leadership to help revive the party by bringing all members on board with a collective effort to build a united party to restore its past glory.

 “ I have all the machinery and skills to turn around the party and explained that he further have the morals and the charisma to organize the party at every level particularly at the grassroots to enable them have a stake in the party.

” The National Democratic Congress and the New Patriotic Party have had their turns in the governance of the country,” he said however pointed out that it is the turn of the People National Congress to work fervently to bring change in the leadership of the country.

The Aspiring National Chairman said he will also use his position to run a vibrant and a transparent party as issues and differences would be resolve amicably in a bid to retain members within the party.

Turning the spotlight on his career, he disclosed that he is a successful business man with a sound track record and have made significant strides in the private sector, adding that PNC administration will priorities and focus on the private sector as the engine of growth for rapid socio- economic development of the country.

” I assured the media that they will be part of the party campaign across the length and breadth of the country to propagate the message of the party to the citizenry as well as the electorate in the upcoming general elections. ” he said.
