CETAG calls off strike, Gives Government up to October to settle all concerns

The Colleges of Education Teachers Association of Ghana (CETAG) has called off their strike giving the government till October to address every concern that has been brought up.

As agreed upon by the government, the CETAG leadership is requesting that the organization become a university.

In accordance with the assurances they received from Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s office, CETAG decided to end the strike, Frank Owusu Ansah, executive council member of CETAG said on Kessben FM’s Breaking News with Nyakoh Aboronomah.

He expounded that CETAG will allow the government until October to deal with all pertinent concerns to meet their demands.
