Gov’t must force companies to sponsor Ghana Premier League clubs for better salaries & improve the league – Thomas Duah
Former Ashgold coach, Thomas Duah has called on Government to intervene for corporate bodies to support the Ghana Premier League teams.
Thomas Duah speaking on Kessben TV underscored that the Ghana Premier League can develop well with some capital injections from the corporate organizations.
He urged the government to as a matter of importance force companies to sponsor the Ghana Premier League clubs to especially pay their players well.
“The government must force the companies to sponsor the Ghana Premier League clubs. These companies must take up the club like what’s happening at Gold Stars.
Have you ever heard Bibiani Gold Stars players complaining about Salaries? The Government should force the companies to sponsor the clubs so the clubs can pay the players well for us to have a good and very competitive league” He said.
