BREAKING: Appeals court acquits and discharges Ato Forson in Ambulance case

Hon. Ato Forson has been acquitted and discharged by the Court of Appeal.

The Court of Appeal has overturned the trial Court’s directive for Dr. Ato Forson to begin his defense in the continuing ambulance case.

To put it briefly, the submission of no case by Hon. Ato Forson has been affirmed.
