Salifu Ibrahim to Kotoko: “Kotoko requests medicals before negotiation” – Full Details
According to a report filed by the Kessben Sports Desk, Asante Kotoko’s approach to signing Salifu Ibrahim has now moved from the supporters’ engagement to the engagement from the officials (IMC) of the club with Salifu’s representative.
The Hearts of Oak player whose contract with the Phobians run out at the end the month has hugely been linked to Asante Kotoko, a move which was triggered by the supporters leaders of Asante Kotoko to get the midfielder signed for Kotoko.
The supporter’s leaders apparently began talks with the representative of Salifu to join the club subjected to the approval of Kotoko’s head coach Ogum.
Per a report filed by the Kessben Sports Desk, Coach Propser Ogum Narteh who initially indicated that Salifu is not in his plans has now softened his grounds and is ready to work with Salifu on a condition that the Kotoko medical team passes Salifu’s fit.
In view of the above, the IMC of Kotoko have taken over negotiations with Salifu’s rep and has requested for Salifu to be medically examined before personal terms and other contractual agreements are reached.
