I would have won the World Best Player if someone had advised me during my heydays – Don Bortey (Video)

Former Accra Hearts of Oak player, Dada Dong Bortey says he would have been a Ballon Dor Winner if he had someone to advise him during his playing days.

The ex-winger speaking on Kessben TV’s Final Whistle with Joe Laka stressed that with the proper guidance during his heydays, he would have achieved more in football than he did.

“If I had someone to advise me and got the right guidance during my playing days, I would have won the World Best Player”

The Africa Confederation Cup winner took the opportunity to admonish footballers to seek the necessary advice during their prime.

Don Bortey virtually saw it all with Accra Hearts of Oak achieving great success with the Accra-based football club.
