Asante Kotoko’s Goalkeeper Frederick Asare maintained in Black Stars squad as Dede Ayew dropped

For Black Stars next 2 FIFA World Cup qualifying matches against Mali and the Central African Republic, our head coach Otto Addo has announced the roster.

On June 6, 2024, Ghana will play Mali in Bamako’s Stade 26 Mars. On June 10, 2024, Ghana will host Central African Republic at Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

Long-serving member of the team Dede Ayew has been dropped while Asante Kotoko’s Goalkeeper Frederick Asare has been maintained in the squad of Coach Otto Addo.

Ibrahim Sulemana, and Brandon Thomas-Asante are the first-timers who have been invited.
