‘Country Called Ghana’ is Netflix targeted movie, I have spent $100,000 only on promotion – Lilwin

The producer of ‘Country Called Ghana’ Lil Win has stunningly revealed that he has spent approximately $100,000 on promoting his new movie.

The comic actor who would not reveal the actual amount he invested into the whole movie told Mr Bonez on Kessben TV that for promotion alone he has spent $100,000.

He stressed that the movie was produced to meet the standards of Netflix reiterating that the target of the Movie is Netflix.

According to him, with the money he has invested into the movie he cannot recoup that from even premiering the movie in all the regions in Ghana.

The Movie was first premiered in Accra over the last weekend and is set to be premiered in Kumasi this weekend, 25th May 2024 at CCB Auditorium at KNUST.

The Movie features Nigerian acting legends, Ramsey Nouah, Charles Awurum, and Victor Osuagwu better known as Awilo Sharp Sharp and has Ghanaians, PAA George, Sweet Mimi, and Lilwin himself.
