Amasaman: NDC clash with NPP for busing students outside the constituency to register
Some members of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) clashed with members of the NPP at a Voter Limited registration centre in Amasaman.
According to the irate members of the NDC, the students who were bused to the registration centre were not residents of the Amasaman and therefore would not be allowed to register.
One of the irate members of the NDC speaking on Kessben FM alleged that some of the students are not even up to 18 years old which is the basic requirement to register.
They strongly stated that they do have the time to go through the challenge process procedure to stand against the registration of the students.
Their entrenched position resulted in chaos as the whole exercise was disrupted until after midday.
