Kasoa: Angry youth attack nurses & destroy hospital properties over death of their brother
Following the death of their 17-year-old brother Agya Adu, some enraged youths from Kasoa, Opeikuma, have attacked nurses who are on duty and destroyed hospital property owned by the mother and child hospital at Kasoa in the Awutu Senya East Municipality in the central region.
In a report on Kessben FM’s Breaking by Mireku Nyanpong, the incensed relatives claim that their brother’s death was caused by the nurses’ negligence after they gave him the incorrect prescription.
In response to the family’s accusations, a group of irrational young people storm the hospital, beating the staff nurses and damaging some hospital property.
