“Na nka ebeye den” is the most-sold CD album ever in the history of Ghana music – Nana Acheampong (Video)
Legendary Ghanaian musician, Nana Acheampong has reiterated that his album which had a popular song “Na nka ebeye den an eye wo ya” is Ghana’s most-ever sold CD album in the history of Ghana music.
The Veteran highlife musician speaking on Kessben FM with DJ KA on Krenkren to Krankran clarified that the album was actually titled “Huhu huhu nye me hu” but due to the fact that the song “Na nka ebeye den an eye wo ya” became more popular many thought it was the album title.
He emphasised that till today, no CD album in the history of Ghana music has beaten the number of sales the “Huhu huhu nye me hu” album made.
The legend has promised to release more singles in the coming months at least every quarterly as he releases a new single featuring Fameye on Friday, 19th April 2024.
