Just In: Manhyia to appoint a substantive BoD for Asante Kotoko SC- Details
The life patron of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Otumfuo Osei Tutu the 2nd will be appointing a substantive BoD for the club before the end of the season, Kessben Sports has learned.
Following a meeting with the Kotoko Interim Management Committee led by Nana Apinkrah Awuah, the IMC was informed about the incoming imminent appointment.
The powers that be will be appointing a new BoD for the club before the end of the 2023-24 season.
After the mandate of the Dr Kwame Kyei-led BoD expired last year, a permanent administrative structure is yet to be instituted at Kotoko.
The Nana Awuah Apinkrah-led IMC has run the club since July 2023. The committee has Dr Kwesi Appiah, Prosper Ogum Narteh, and Emmanuel Newton Dasoberi as members with Nana Awuah as Chairman.
