We Are On A Rescue Mission, This Country Is Sinking – Former Ghana’s High Commissioner To The UK
The former Ghana High Commissioner to the United Kingdom (UK). His Excellency Ambassador Victor Smith has said that, the return of the former President John Dramani Mahama is a rescue point for the people of Ghana because all abandoned and unfinished projects will be completed.
Speaking on Kessben Maakye with Kwame Appiah Kubi “Mr. Speaker , he said, ” We just wanted to allow the Government to try to do better for the country, but still no improvement and is on a steep fall and Sinking in faster pace “.
He emphasized that after the WƆ NSƆ ME NHWƐ by Ghanaians in 2016, which brought the Akuffo Addo led NPP into office, everything is on a steep fall including the Ghanaian economy which is now managed by the World Bank.
“He also added that upon his return, John Dramani Mahama will continue with all abandoned projects. He will not start any new project but complete all viable project which has been abandoned and also avoid promises which cause a possible funding from external sources.”
He added that the Nana Addo led government has completely mismanaged the country which has brought unquantifiable suffering to the Ghanaian people and the NDC will rescue the situation in the December 7 polls.
