Those demonstrating are the ones who spoiled Ghana football, they don’t have any content again – Nana Frimpong Ziega
Nana Frimpong Ziega has hit out at some Ghanaian sports Journalists who took the streets of Accra to demonstrate against the Ghana Football Association and the Ministry of Sports on Wednesday 14th February 2024.
The group of sports journalists with some unhappy football fans dubbed the demonstration as “SaveGhanaFootball” following the Black Stars’ shambolic performance at the 2023 AFCON hosted in Ivory Coast.
Nana Frimpong Ziega reacting to the protest led by the sports Journalists did not mince words about how some of the sports Journalists have contributed very awfully to dent the image of Football in Ghana.
He stressed that some of the sports journalists who claim to now save Ghana football have done more harm to Ghana football than good with their selfish and vested interest by dragging the image of Ghana football in the mud over the years.
Nana Frimpong added that the sports journalists have run out of content and the only way now for them is to resort to the demonstration after running down the football administration over the years.
