“Black Queens will be paid all bonuses before their next game” – GFA
The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has promised that before the Black Queens’ next important games, all unpaid incentives will be resolved.
The Black Queens have been waiting for their bonuses to be awarded. They are close to earning a ticket in the 2024 Olympic Games and have qualified for the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).
Additionally, Ghana’s female U-20 team, the Black Princesses, qualified for the World Cup recently and will play in the forthcoming 13th Africa Games.
At the GFA Meet the Press event in Kumasi on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, Dr. Gifty Oware Mensah, a member of the Ghana Football Association Executive Committee, affirmed that actions are being done to resolve the concerns.
“Black Queens will be paid all bonuses before their next game,” She said.
