Effect of ‘Weed Toffee’? 19-year-old beheads father
A 19-year-old boy identified as Richard butchered his father and eventually beheaded him at Assin Akrofu in the Ashanti region of Ghana.
A report filed by Oheneba Ambruce on Kessben FM noted that the 19-year-old is not a lunatic but is confirmed to a drug addict who had been using what’s widely known as “Weed Toffee” a hard drug package as a toffee.
Richard committed the heinous crime in the wee hours of Friday but was caught by the neighbors.
The angry mob who caught him beat the hell out of him before he was released to the police.
