Man lynched to death after youth claim they saw him in CCTV video stealing from Mining company
A young man identified as Emmanuel Kyei passed away after he was beaten by a mob who claimed he stole from a Mining Company in Asankragwaa in the Western Region.
According to a report filed on Kessben FM’s Breaking News, the mob rushed to the house of Emmanuel after watching CCTV footage which they claim it was him they saw in the video stealing from the mining company.
Emmanuel while being beaten by the irate pleaded not to kill him as he was ready to pay anything they had accusing him of stealing but unfortunately, his plea fell on deaf ears of the mob.
One of the members of the mob has been picked up by the police while the rest have fled.
