St. Peters Anglican church, Odumasi honors Nana Loud Ofori Afrifah
The leadership of St. Peters Anglican Church at Odumasi in the Asante Akim Central has honoured the deputy Controlled General Ghana, Immigration Service, Nana loud ofori Afrifah Esq for outstanding service and contributions to the development of the Church.
Speaking to Newsmen, the Most Rev Dr Cyril Benson Smith Archbishop IPG and Archbishop of Asante Mampong Diocese said that, Mr. Nana Loud Ofori Afrifah Esq deserve the honor for his support to the Anglican Church for his great impact on the lives of the people in the community.
He also congratulated Nana Afrifah for the physical and spiritual growth of the diocese and asked God to grant him success and good health as his retirement drew close, and pledged his continued commitment to the development of the diocese.
Accompanied by family members, party supporters and well-wishers, Nana loud ofori Afrifah thanked God for His protection, love and support
Furthermore, through her instrumentality, many computer libraries and classroom blocks for junior high and basic schools to enhance the delivery of quality education to school pupils.
Additionally, she is providing financial support to many tertiary students to acquire needed skills and knowledge to come back to support their growth as well as visit remote communities to take care of the health needs of the people.
The Parish Priest of St. Peters Anglican Church, Odumasi, Rev Canon Danso Brefo said that Nana Loud ofori had shown leadership in the church across the community
He said the church and its membership were pleased to recognise her remarkable achievements and contribution to the Anglican Communion and to honour her as well as bless the Lord Almighty for his goodness and mercies over her life”.
Mrs Nana Adwoa Agyemang the wife of Nana loud ofori Afrifah who speaks on his behalf expressed her profound gratitude to the church for the honour and recognition as it would bolster her to further deliver leadership that would inspire confidence in the people.
