Kumasi: Angel FM Presenter to break Guinness World Record of longest marathon of hosting a radio show
Political morning show host with Kumasi based Angel FM, Kwame Tanko is optismist he can equal and break the the Guinness World Record of the longest marathon of hosting a radio show.
Kwame Tanko is optimistic that the current record which stands at 80 hours and 5 minutes as the longest marathon of hosting a radio show by single person achieved by Dulce Meneses can be broken.
Amid Afua Asantewaa’s attempt to break the longest singing marathon set by Indian singer, Sunil Waghmare who holds the current record at 105 hours, the Angel FM presenter is confident he can also beat the current record of hosting a radio show.
As at publication of this story, Afua had hit 106 hours of singing which she started on Sunday, 24th December 2023. She is aiming to hit at least 115 hours to established the new record.
