Former Member of Parliament for Bantama, Henry Kokofu is confident the vice president is the most assured candidate to lead the NPP to break the 8 in the 2024 elections.
The experienced politicians believe the most fitting candidate to lead the NPP in these crucial times is Dr Mahamudu Bawumia whom he reckons is destined to lead.
Speaking on Kessben FM’s Maakye with Akuoko Kwarteng, the former Bantama MP, stressed that a win for Bawumia will reignite the party to secure victory in the upcoming 2024 Presidential elections.
He reckons Bawumia as unifying who victory will mean a victory for all and implores the delegates to make the right choice for the party.
“A win for the vice president, Dr Mahamdu Bawumia will not be a win for him alone but a win for the NPP. A win for NPP to face the 2024 elections and break the 8” He said.
The NPP presidential election is set for Saturday, Nov 4th with Kennedy Agyapong, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Addai Nimoh, and Dr. Afriyie Akoto one of them set to be elected as the presidential candidate for the 2024 Ghana elections.
